Equity A.H Suleiman, Chairman, National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has fixed Saturday, May 25 to take more observers in the request of Lawal Adamu, competitor of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Kaduna Central Senatorial seat.

Equity Suleiman declared the suspension after nine observers for the applicants affirmed before the Tribunal.

He said the court would on that date likewise rule on the acceptability or generally of the mark example given by Dahiru Umar, one of the nine observers that affirmed before it.

Guidance to the applicants, Ustas Yunusa Usman (SAN), had connected that Umar's mark example be additionally conceded into proof before the court.

Usman's solicitation came after Frank Ikpe, guidance to the principal respondent, Uba Sani, had put the observer under cross elimination, however declined to delicate his signature as proof before the council as he did with others.
