Alot of News about People committing suicide, ans more still thinking about suicide.

Being suicidal doesn't just come from a place of sadness, no, it's bigger than that

We humans are, by default, created to absorb,and withstand situations... But you see, suicide is a whole different thing. It obviously needs a lot from you, to actually manifest

First, it starts from reducing your optimism towards yourself, your folks and just everything!
You literally become uncomfortable in your own skin

When depressed people talk about demons, they know what they're saying!

First, while the "spirit of suicide" lurks around someone, like dementors from Harry potter, waiting to sap on every trace of strength in you, they find out your INADEQUACIES

They send these demons into your mind

Slowly, you begin to see nothing in something

They remind you of your joblessness

They remind you of your inability to find a spouse at your age

Damn!

They reminded me that I am yet to ger admssion.

They remind you of your childlessness

They remind you of your Lack of money

And how all your mates are miles ahead of you

And other frivolities

Now these same demons will become your friends(They Comfort you). Or lets say, They'll give you something that seems like comfort.

STAY WITH ME

They console you.

This is to manipulate you, while the spirit itself lurk around you, waiting patiently to do the finishing job... They direct you to the type of songs you should download

Yes, they need your EARS

You see, you cannot "unhear" what you've heard

You nod to these songs , you love them, you can easily relate,
Because at this point, they have spelt out your inadequacies, and you've taken cognizance of them!

GUIDE ME HOLY SPIRIT!

People do not just wake up and commit suicide, it takes time, sometimes, it takes years... Years of premeditation

Just like you'd do when someone tries to introduce something new to you, , something you've not tried before, so you need to be convinced

You find solace in sad songs, and poems
In fact, they become your favourite and most played songs

Now they come through your eyes

You'll see more of suicidal stories...
This spirit is a very patient one
And it wants you to stay reserved only few times, because they wouldn't want anyone to pick up clues from your muteness.

So, they give you a hyperactive mood,

It's a decoy!

This is why people often say " but she was happy" 
Or "Her posts were funny"
Or

When you're a difficult case, they let you talk about your condition sometimes in a "poem" or jokingly

So No one would find out

Theu will say Wow
"She's a good poet" "stop joking joor"

Or "This is deep"

Since it's a poem, or a joke, no one would hear you subconsciously crying out for help!

I didn't know I could even explain till this point. ...They get full control of your mind

You feel a weight on your shoulders
"Like say na only you get problem for this world"

Then the spirit walks in, and take charge of what's left of you

You begin to draw strength from these songs you've listened to overtime, the thing heard, you've read and the ones you've written, and also, these stories you've read

Death becomes so small

You just want the pain to go away

Nothing else matters

The weight you feel, seems heavier

You suddenly feel that you don't belong here on earth

At this point, it's no longer the initial problem you might have thought you had

Its a deep pain

It's the weight on you!

A full war within

Then you leave a note
They give you words

Life at this point, is meaningless,

They(The Demons) call you to follow them(Death). Mission Accomplished.

The rate at which people commit suicide nowadays is quite alarning. I do know that we are experience hard times. Irrespective of oddies and hard time pople are going through, committing sucide is not the best thing to do.

Taking ones life is show of cowardness. When depression comes, the best thing to do to overcome or subdue depression is to talk to close pal of what you are going through... Help can come from there.

Also, you don' t have to show any slightest sign of latitude towards the inexorable pressure from the frenetic live you have witnessed.
