Besides, all that has happened is the termination of a contract, it is not a seizure of its operating license or the closure the company. Even if it deducts this unremitted sum, $450Million is still outstanding.

I don't no how he got d contract. Maybe u can shed some light on that. Also, is d manner in which he got d contract d subject of dispute between Intels and NPA or is it about remittance? If d terms of d contract didn't permit intels to withhold remittances, does it also grant NPA permit to withhold funds meant 4 Intels?

Who gave atiku 300b to improve electricity? What has that got 2do with intels and NPA withholding each others funds? Can u also bring forth d defence u said I defended?

I am just wondering: If I am owing a company $600million over a long period of time and the company withheld $145milion of my money.

Is the company at fault?

Anyway, it is a good development howbeit regrettable. Before they will get a company that will effectively replace the Intels, business will suffer at the ports and the FG and NPA don't really care anyway.

Intels can also cash out of the Nigerian economy and concentrate on other countries. Their staff will definitely be hotcakes for the company that will take over the service the NPA.

Intels should sue NPA to court and demand full compensation for the contract terminated by NPA; demand full payment of the $600M less $145M owed to Intels with accrued interest over payment default period; close business at the Nigerian Ports. We thank Intels for their services.

I want to believe atiku refused to remit that money because he needed it for the just concluded presidential elections.

Now two things comes to mind, is thought were if he (atiku) wins he will renew the contract to his favour.
But if he loses, he has nothing to lose
