I shudder to imagine a real storm hitting Lagos.We are just sitting ducks.A 25 minute rain wrecks such havoc.Imagine what a three day tropical thunderstorm will do.Any plans in place for what will inevitably happen?Rescue plans?Evacuation?Refuge?
