Anything that sounds outlandish and ridiculous is just that.

Some people are predisposed to it no matter what.

What works:
1. Wash you face morning and night with cleanser, not soap as it is drying
2. Do not pick at your pimples as it will induce infection which can lead to scarring
3. For medication, use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, not the higher strengths as they do not work better
4. Love yourself, no matter what

There's no cure for acne. And alot of beliefs about the illness as false. It can only be managed( with creams and oral drugs) ,symptomaticaly, while it takes its natural course.

Lol, I don’t know about a “virgin’s menstral blood” but I know menstral blood cures some people’s pimples(maybe not everyone for some reason) but it cured mine.
