Good afternoon emmaoanidu.

I have a car I tracked last year, I also loaded it with a 3k recharge card.

But to my surprise, for about two weeks now, if I call the tracking number it will ring without sending me any code via sms.

Please, I know this may not be the right platform to disturb you but I am worried...what should I do?

Good evening. This may either be as a result of not using it often. Ask your installer to reset the device and if it still doesn't work then the may have to replace the SIM card. Small problem though.

The problem is distance.

I installed it in Lagos but the car is in the East now and the installer may not be willing to drive down to the East to reset the Device. Or could it be done online?

The process is Just so confusing

Good morning. Yes it is possible to reset remotely but again it depends on the device used.
