why did majority of nairalanders are afraid of paying before delivery? |

fawole73k: Because, "the experiences around are fatal to the people's finances." Nobody wants to get burned, but getting burned again... Kai! That's how it is. The Nigerian recreated system by the people isn't friendly. Even paying on delivery put the seller at risk too, as much as pay before delivery put the buyer at same.
