I think nothing good will come out using a threat.the transaction was done good.i broke carton nd tested it there nd also signed on a receip that says no refund.i doubt if the seller even knew the phone was a chinko in battery..it seems the only solution is to sell it off on discount sha..

The only way to collect original phone or your money back is to go to the nearest Army barracks. Pay them if they requested for money, it won't past 3k. they will follow you to the shop with gun(two guys). I'd prefer if you request for refund of money from the seller even if the money may not be complete, because they would give you another fake phone not minding the Army guys, because what you don't know you don't know, Erie gi I kwusie okwu ike erikwasi gi n'elu ya .All those their security and management are scammers. They always support their own for a token after the beef. Trust me I've stayed in Emeka Offor environs for 6years before leaving for some other things.
