We are currently recruiting field agents to drive enrollment of drivers in different areas of Lagos. Each field agent will manage an assigned region within the state.

Responsibilities
• Acquire and sign up drivers in different parts of Lagos to join our pool. This will including communicating the company benefits and process
• Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale (getting the drivers to start the application process)
• Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Job Requirements
• Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients
• Good knowledge of area of operation

MIN QUALIFICATION:
Diploma/OND/NCE

Pay: N35,000 – N40,000 per month (exceptional performers can earn up to N50,000)
