The "Hundreds" Workout Routine is a good trick for bodybuilding, This is the best way to change up your routine, increase the intensity and break through a plateau you may be stuck in. If the exercise is done correctly (picking the right weight, only doing each body part once a week, etc.), you will surely have some massive gains and still not be overtraining. Have fun, and here's a warning... you will be sore!
