Plastic surgery or exercise, the choice is personal... We shouldn't judge anyone for his or her body choice. That said, how can a learned man not clearly know the obvious differences between surgical manipulation or modification and exercise? How can you lump exercise and surgery (with its known adverse effects) together?...
