As we mark democracy day, As a people, and nation, we must not be carried away by the grandeur of ceremonies and celebrations of landmarks, but rather the political leadership should focus on the basic principles and essence of democracy...let us copy the good values from Western nations, one of which is how they have developed their democracy, at least as it relates to their people and nation. It is important we develop our democracy, our institutions, and Constitution/Judiciary, and understand the essence of democracy....let's stop playing mediocrity with this democracy we got...so many people paid prices and lost their lives for it.
