A 3 bedroom duplex can cost you any amount depending on some factors which includes;
#Your budget as this would determine basically what would be spent on erecting your structure. For example, would your budget cover for a standard 150mm of german floor or should we just reduce ot to a 100mm thickness floor or should we just overlook german floor all together.
With 20m budget you'll be good to have your 3bedroom delivered in one piece.

the cost depends on the design and location. Is the land waterlogged or dry.

But on average budget N15 - 18m (on a dry land)

It's a very dry flat land .. also can do the list German floor that is fair enough for the foundation

There is an estate that they are selling and the price is for 10m for a 3 bedroom duplex ... So am wandering if they could achieve that , I should be able to achieve something with Max 9m
