It signifies Ambode has built a SMART LAGOS! It is not in the number of books handed over, but in the smartass of the content. Mind you, Fashola has incurable love for carrying too many loads that do not translate to ineffectiveness. You may recall that he was the only minister in the last federal executive council carrying 3 ministries all alone. No wonder he was not able to make any reasonable impact.
