Makinde, has proscribed the
activities of the National Union of
Road Transport Workers, NURTW,
in the state. Makinde, while declaring the
activities of NURTW illegal, also
announced the immediate take-
over of all motor parks in the
state. In a statement by his Chief of

governor urged people of the
state to go about their lawful
duties without fear of
