Job Title: Reelax Operator

Location: North / West, Nigeria

Job Brief:
The Reelax Operator is responsible for manning and operating our client's Reelax store. The role would be
responsible for safety, housekeeping, merchandizing, sales, quality control and inventory management.

The Reelax operator also supervises the Reelax attendants and ensure our client’s standard customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

SAFETY, STANDARDS & CONTROL


• Ensure the highest standards are met with respect to product quality, customer service and experience.

• Ensure consistency in quality of baked pastries.

• Ensure smooth running and maintenance of acceptable standards at Reelax.

• Ensure that all sales and financial objectives are attained consistently.

• Ensure proper inventory management.

• Order and take delivery of supplies

• Coordinate marketing activities for attainment of marketing goals.
MERCHADIZING

• Ensure products are merchandized in line with merchandizing guide.

• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.

• Ensure stock does not go below the approved minimum quantity.

• Ensure keeping tab on product expiry dates.

• Ensure accurate and consistent use of provided Point of sale system.

• Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation of sales/expenses and cash reports.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Ensure effective liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Protect company’s corporate image and reputation by maintaining product, human and environmental integrity.

• Ensure all Reelax personnel perform their duties in accordance with Operation Procedure.

• Ensure implementation and compliance with shift schedule.

Qualification / Experience: Minimum of OND, Minimum of 2 years relevant retail experience (experience in FMCG/fast food industry will be an added advantage)
