Outrage Over Low Returns For Uber, Taxify Drivers In Kenya by donshaddow(m): 8:04am On Jun 01, 2019 |
Have you ever thought of starting your side hustle in Uber or Taxify taxi business? Well, you may have to hold on your plans a little bit longer or strategise your investments if the latest news is anything to go by. All is not well for the taxi operators who pitched camp on social media decrying low returns from the business as the companies they are operating on take home a huge chunk of the money. Under the hashtag #SufferingUberTaxifyDrivers, the operators on Friday, May 31, raised concern and asked the government to come to their rescue as they were struggling to remain afloat. The taxi drivers asked the government to regulate prices to enable them make more profits to pay for car loans and other maintenance costs. What are we going to do as Nigerians? Join the hashtag or simply start our own? Credit: https://www.tuko.co.ke/amp/306976-outrage-returns-uber-taxify-drivers.html
