What sort of college do you run How professional is it to have a biochemist teaching biology. If you really up to standard as a school, u should employ graduate of B.ed biology or B.ed chemistry as teachers

Don't mind them, they are looking for cheap labour. Very soon they will place an advert again requesting for a geophysicist graduate than can teach both Geography and Physics.
