Step 2:

Foxxymobile home builder informs you of an investment opportunity, the property type and the contribution of each investor and the prospective dividend yield of the project.

Step 3:

Individual investors sign an agreement with Foxxymobile home builder and deposit their contribution into a bank trust account. All funds will be returned to investors if for any reason the target property eventually isn't acquired

Step 4:

Once all funds have been deposited into the bank trust account, Foxxymobile home builder will go ahead and for a limited liability partnership with Foxxymobile home builder as general manager while all other co-investors are designated limited partners.

Step 5:

We acquire the target property, renovate and resell for a profit or rent it out. What we do with the property will depend upon the investment goal.

Step 6:

Distribution of profit/dividend to co-investors.
