Oduah was a minister, she cannot buy BMW bulletproof cars. No such amount can be legally appropriated for her ministry just for 2 cars.

Jonathan could buy bulletproof Mercedes Benz limousines, he was the President, Ambode could do same and so is Sanwo-Olu as a sitting Governor.

If you refer to Oduah's case here, then you are saying a Commissioner in Lagos state can also buy 2 bulletproof cars with government money without being challenged.

Simply put Oduah was corrupt (was there any lawful appropriation for such aquisition in her ministry?) and GEJ condoned it until it became imperative for him to let her go in order to save face.

We don't always have to compare stuffs like these, they are not justifiable. Just let things go.

Google it out,this happened when Tinubu was a governor and there was a row between him and Obj on the creation of new local government areas.

Only the 20% due to the local government areas were frozen until Tinubu corrected his unconstitutional creation of additional LGAs.
The larger 27% for states was never frozen.

What you failed to realise is, Stella Oduah inflated the price of the car and did not give the true price of the car. How can a car worth N255 million in October 2013. Stella is corrupt as N2.5 billion was found in her house maid account during the investigation.
