I believe IBB looted as much as Abacha looted the national treasury. In fact during Babangidas Regime, corruption was institutionalized in the Nigerian system.

So why can't we force him to bring all the moneys he hid in foreign banks ? Is he above the law ? Why can't the general Muhammad buhari go after him with the efcc like he is tormenting every other corrupt person with the antigraft agencies.

This is the right time to recover IBB loot. Nigeria need those looted money now to develop our infrastructure. Those looted fund are wasting away in foreign banks while Nigerians are here suffering.
