When the dude who owns Zenith Bank isn't up to $700m then one lawyer is, based on what investments?

Nigerians don't really understand alot of things, mainly money related concepts, we throw the words Billionaire and Millionaire around as if every Tom, Dick and Harry has a legit dollar millionaire on his call list.
I can bet that none of the guys on this list is actually worth a dollar more than $100millions, and that's me being generous.

O.P do you know that according to Forbes (2018), Otedola isn't a Billionare, let that sink into your mind.. Femi Otedola is not a billionaire.. Nigeria has only 3 billionaires and even Otedola isn't one.

If you see a Nigerian worth more than 15million USD, you're already talking a rare member of the 1% of Nigerians. I had(have) a friend whose dad owns 4 hotels around the country, is a major National distributor to a popular brand of electric appliance and owns hectares upon hectares of farm land along with shares in Fidelity Bank (among other assets) and yet he barely scratches into 10million USD, that doesn't mean that he isn't rich, we are a developing Nation, the rules of wealth relate differently to us. A dude might be going around town calling himself a billionaire when in actuality he's worth 1.2 billion NAIRA, *sighs*.. let me spell this clearly for y'all in the back, worth is measured in UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($) no matter the billions of naira a man has, if it does equal a BILLION DOLLAR, bro.. he's not a billionaire, he's a wealthy man, but not a billionaire.

If Elumelu and Otedola aren't billionaire then how would one lawyer who probably doesn't have half of what they have be so close to being a Billionare...
