that's the post-war Igbos, now it's up to secondary School then Business

this is absolute rubbish

the core north should just be on their own

I don't think this is true.
First the obtainable score is 200, how come we have cut off marks expressed in percentage?
Secondly a child scored 139 and did not qualify. If you express 139 out of 200 as a percentage, that is 69.5. So the child beats all the cut off point for all the states. Still NECO website says the child did not qualify.
