Let me at this time issue a public apology with respect to this car. It was introduced to me by another dealer and I helped to advertise. In my practice I always make sure cars outside my area of coverage is been investigated by the police before I allow the client pay. I do this by dragging everyone to the police station to sign an agreement stating that car is not stolen..police will confirm the claim before payment. Today a client came with the mechanic to inspect this car but on getting there they owner said he is not selling again. I suspect he doesn't like the idea of going to police with me to conclude the deal. I regret any inconviences this disappointment might have caused to you my esteemed client.
