Did you put the medicines in your hand luggage or check-in luggage and were you asked any questions about them.

I put it in my check-in luggage but in a Ziploc bag. Thing is, their scanners can tell if a drug is there but they won't act until they sense it is too much. They flung my toothpaste from my hand luggage because it was too big. Not connected to my first response but just giving it as FYI to anybody who is about to make the same mistake I made.

Okay, thanks Boss! Uber will be preferred but I don't really know how the traffic will be, I reside in Lagos. Don't know much of commuting around Abuja please.
Thanks alot for the assistance always, you have been a huge part of my testimony!

Let's give all thanks to God

Your hand luggage? Not possible.

The check-in luggage? Lol. They checked it. You just did not know. All the terminals it went through especially in the US it was checked. If you used a lock you would have known because they would have broken the lock and put a slip there telling you they did.

I think the 19th of August is a mistake... I believe he meant to write 29th of August... That's what was there yesterday... I have been on the portal because I am planning to reschedule... Lol
I saw 19th August as the earliest available date yesterday around 4/5pm, albeit it changed to 29th August when I checked later last night - Lagos date changed too.

Hope you've picked 19th of August??

As far as it is before your resumption date it is fine.

There is no guarantee that you'll be granted an emergency request. So stick to Abuja's date.
You'll likely see an earlier date for Abuja as the fall window is winding up.

Thank you for the reply. Also when filling my ds 160, I was asked the person funding my trip. I have a scholarship from the school worth over 31,000 dollars, while my uncle will defray the deficit of 18k. So, who should I indicate is funding my trip?

your uncle should be the one funding your trip since you have deficit.

As far as you have deficits put the details of your sponsor.

Only those with ZERO deficits are safe to use School as paying for their Trip.

Please do a PhD because you have interest for research not because someone advised you to or because of funding.
how many people do phd because of interest in research? It is always because monetary reasons.

If you like, carry an entire pharmaceutical company through the POE.. Over 70% of your posts here are disrespectful! Watch the way you address people.

Have a great day.
Hehehe. Very funny guy. I've heard you. You tried emailing me once but I didn't have access to my email account. What did you want to tell me?

Paradol and anti malaria is absolutely fine.... but with Everything , moderation is key. If you carry small quantity it is fine, the larger the quantity of medication the more the red flag and extra scrutiny. Be wise, we have advised you enough on this topic
Alright thanks. I'll take very little if at all

If I understand your post, you may resume next January for Spring 2020 and your international passport would expire in December 2020.
That's at least 10 months left on it by January 2020.
It seems you're good to go since you require at least 6 months on the international passport. I stand to be corrected.

There is one hotel I know that is very close to Abuja Embassy. From the hotel gate entrance you will see the Embassy building, there is a shortcut beside that hotel that leads to the Embassy and its less than 10min if you trek. The standard room is 8.5k but it's negotiable to 6k last. The place is worth the price though. (inclusive water heater and A/C) when you alight at Area 3 cross to the other side and take Keke to Area 10 when you alight cross to the other side and ask of Optima hotel. If you need their number you can check Google...

Cheers.
