Who has an idea if the proposed available date applies to Abuja consulate or is it for Lagos consulate alone ?

I picked Abuja in my DS-160 application and I’m not sure if it’d be wise to switch, considering the available dates would (maybe) be for Lagos consulate.

I defer my admission to speing resumption due to Covid-19 and I have recieved an updated I-20 with spring resumption date electronically (emailed).
My question is, do I need to fill another DS-160 for since I have different resumption date on the former DS-160 i filled?

Also, US embassy normally accept only mailed (original copy sent by fedEx or DHL) to student, but my school said they cannot mail I-20 because of the Vovid-19 that the emailed one is the original copy and would suffice.
Please what do you guys think I can do?

You do not need to fill a new DS-160. Just log in and update the old one accordingly. Then use the reference to update your interview appointment if you have previously scheduled one.
For 1-20, you sure need a hard copy for your interview. Insist on this with your school. They will not refuse shipping it when you are the person paying for it.

I tried to register but on The US embassy Auckalnd website. I got same. I casually called to ask a different question. the question was to request for available appointment dates because in Auckland they can give appointment on phone. The lady just asked for my details before anything else. She then responded to my queries and after the call a mail dropped with username and password.
Even though she said no available dates.

I had similar issues. I logged out and logged in a couple of times and it showed the new date, Oct 16th. Try that, it might just work.
