@suuz thanks so much for your reply I am so grateful. I intend spending 7days. The page is only showing payment pending and I can't edit cos of what is displaying. Will there be any option for me to cancel the application and they won't debit me? I want to make adjustments. Someone should help on how to work around the application website.

If you have enough money for another application then cancel this application, ask for a refund if you’ve been debited (Refund takes I think within 30days) then start a fresh application.

Your budget for 7days shouldn’t be more than 850 Pounds, 1,500 Pounds is too much. I can guide you on your budget when you are ready but before you even get your budget together, the first question is 1) Is your salary being paid every month into your account? how much is your monthly salary? 2) how much do you spend every month as your living expenses?.
I ask these questions because your monthly expenses in Nigeria also plays a role in budgeting for your trip.

Please don’t mind your agent, he is trying to ruin your life. What he is trying to do is make you apply for a 6months visa, travel to the uk to become an illegal immigrant. Being an illegal immigrant in this time and age is totally wrong! You will work your butt off for peanut, you will never be free, the day you are caught, you will be deported, you are too young for such life.
It’s better you look for a career in IT (information technology), you can go for a 3months course right here in Nigeria then go online and look for a job in the U.k, I know there are websites where Jobs for immigrants are advertised, I don’t know much about it though. (Just my opinion).

Thanks for your input. It's been really helpful.

Regarding the living monthly expenses. Does one-off purchases like electronics etc count towards it?

And yes, I have a leave allowance of 100k. But it wasn't mentioned during the first application, I feel like bringing it up now may look a bit weird. What do you think?

1)Your one-off purchases don’t count because one-off purchases comes from your disposable income most times, your monthly living expenses is what you spend every month, like food, petrol, transport fare, just regular stuff.

2) Don’t bring up your 100k leave allowance because you didn’t mention it in your first application, bringing it up seems kind of shady(Just my opinion).

My junior brother's visa application was approved (6 months) May this year. When can
he applied for 2 years renewal?

In the first application, he claimed he was going for vacation. He spent 5 nights or so
in Uk.

If your salary is Bleep then the monthly expenses being much isn’t good at all. The money you get from your children’s father isn’t for your personal expenses but your children’s. What you would have done is put your personal living expenses a month to N40,000 because the money your children’s father sends is for their expenses which has helped in reducing your own monthly spend.

If the upfront salary payment from your company isn’t reflecting in the 6months bank statement then I advise you don’t mention it, it would only make your application more complicated.

These are the documents you need when applying as a salaried individual;
1) Employment Letter

2)Introduction/Leave letter

3) statement of account showing regular salary

4)Promotion letter(if you’ve been promoted recently)/Personal Income Tax card(optional).

5) children’s birth certificate (this would help verify you as their mom and the name of the man who sends your kids money every month as their father). This also shows that you have relatives here whilst traveling.

6) Letter of consent from the adult who would be the temporary guardian confirming that they would be looking after the kids whilst you travel for 7days.

7) Booking confirmation of Hotel/hostel where you’ll be staying in the uk.

coolYour trip Itinerary

9)Cover letter- introducing yourself, what you do, talk briefly about your trip, how much you’ll be spending, what account you’ll be spending from, explain irregularities in your Bank statement. The cover letter helps you explain to the eco what you couldn’t explain on the application form and also helps the eco know you better in order to assess your circumstance in your country.

10) Tenancy agreement/C of O of the house you live in in Nigeria. That’s if you own the house.

This is all i can remember for now, hopefully, other experienced people on this forum would shed more light on your requirement.

1blessing please reduce your budget...
plus u are putting so many unecessary things... shopping this that... and ur income is way lower than this for u to have such budget.. listen to advice you have already got here.
U can reduce ur own monthly expenses to 20k if u have monthly proof of your childrens father’s money that comes in for their upkeep. Simply state to the ECO that u dnt have need to spend on your dependent children so much because they are been catered for by their father..
Ur monthly salary is 174k bcus it is clearly stated in the application to fill the amount after tax.. U shudnt spend more than twice ur disposable income... even if u are been paid 30% upfront of the salary it doesn't make sense that u wud use up all most all of ur 30% yearly payment just for enjoyment of 7 days.. the eco will gladly refuse ur application as this kind of spending is wrong
Please stop assuming above this so that u dnt ruin ur chances. Keep in mind ur earlier 10 year ban so this your application has to be the ish!
In addition to what suuz said, if u have a house or car or land documents or basically any property in ur name... add the proof of such documentation

That agent is not your friend, he is your enemy who is out to waste your money and time.

1. You can not work, marry, study, do business, rent a house or live in the U.K with visiting visa.

2. You can not change visiting visa to any other type of visa in the U.K

Hello, I will like Mr. Justwise and Co to enlighten me on this. A friend of mine applied for UK tourist visa with a king. They were like 6 in number that applied together with the king as an Entourage. Though, the king is using a diplomatic passport and has travel history. My question is this, is it possible to issue the king a visa and denial his entourage? Though, the person that filled it for them said they don't deny a king in as much as he's using a diplomatic passport coz he has the right to travel with 5 or 8 entourage. Waiting for your candid response

I really don’t know anything about traveling with a king but I guess traveling with a king is like traveling with the President of a country or a group of artist/band.. Therefore, Yes, it is possible for one of the king’s Entourage to be denied a visa if he doesn’t meet the requirement.

I do not know. No one could give me any explanation. Even here.

When I went to TLS to complain, I met another lady whose passport has been held for five months after the concluded mail. She refused to leave.

Our cases was escalated and still no feedback to me till date.

She should send an email to UKVI stating why she want to stay till four months. It must be a very good reason.

She should also state the day she will leave the UK.

Include the email when she re-applies

She is likely to be refused next visa application...only if she come up with a very serious reason why she stayed 4months.
