Good day @tutu,justwise and all, my 76 years old aunt was denied visa on the strength of her financial status.(she didn't include her account,as she hasn't been using one for several years now. She gets her upkeep in cash)
No room for appeal or administrative review.
We got a lawyer to write the embassy,on the strength that the son who is the sponsor had enough money in his account.
Please advise and help with details of where lawyer will send protest letter to.

I was a victim of been inadmissible to Canada for five years this happened some three years ago by the Canadian Embassy and this will end in 2023. So right now i am applying for UK visa as a dependent to my wife who got a job in UK as a Nurse and now we both are applying for Visa. Please should i disclose this inadmissible to Canada for five years in my UK visa Application....

Which provider is giving you 96pounds...ensure you read reviews before you pay as some of them delay results etc. Which airline are you using? Some of the airlines virgin and BA offer discounted tests

Morning house, please who has used Access bank for POF? Was it colored or black and white? The bank statement I plan to use has the bank logo in black and white meaning they printed with black and white printer. Is this okay as ukvi might think it is a photocopy or not authentic.

Please I am the main applicant and already in UK, but my dependents (children) are yet to join me. Please I want to know if my husband who is a dependent can use his account statement to apply for the kids visa. Note that he is also in UK with me and we can not move the money out of his account to mine because of some issues with my own account.

I am also looking for UKVI email address as I am now confused and don't understand the situation anymore.

I got a refusal decision dated May 29, 2021 and up till today the whereabout of my passport is unknown to me. TLScontact responded to my email that they have not received the passport from the embassy.

How can I still be waiting for passport return 50days after decision made?

Though I'm actually asking on behalf of my cousin who is 38 years but doing very well in his business he intends to go for a vacation with his wife and 3 kids but aside from this 3 kids he has other 5 kids lol�� should he fill the other five kids not travelling with him as dependants or having too many financial burdens/dependants may work against his application?

Has any one used Polaris bank for their proof of fund and used their statement for visa application?

Their statement of account is not on their letter headed paper. So there’s no email or phone number incase the embassy want to verify the account. Though they have the statement stamped.

I am worried.
