It’s very okay but can be expensive if you make wrong choices but it’s worth it you will like it there....If I had my passport I would have returned back but I don’t and that’s the reason I applied for the priority services so that I can get a reply ASAP and go back to work atleast look for more money to apply for my dependants |

34 working days for me as well..Got this from them this morning. Dear customer Thank you for your SITEL enquiry. Your visa application is being processed. We have escalated this to the appropriate entry clearance officer. This means you will receive your visa decision and passport as soon as possible. NOTE: If you require your passport and/or documents back immediately for travel or emergency, you are free to withdraw by making a request via the Visits.UKCustomerEnquiries@fco.gov.uk email. Please note however that this will cancel the application and we will be unable to refund you. Kind Regards UK VISA AND IMMIGRATION (UKVI) Debbieeeeeee: |

But they said they have paused visit visa applications because of red list ban, why are you people still counting? They will recommence when the ban is lifted. There is also the option to withdraw your passport so why are you people giving yourselves worrisome days and nights? Take it easy. 1 Like |

Why didn’t you process your application in Kigali? This was a very risky step. Sbclothings: 1 Like |

Hope it’s not that they have stopped working on our applications completely. They’ve been shouting about backlog since. They better use these 3 weeks to clear their backlog because it will be very annoying when Nigeria is taken off the red list and they are still delaying applications when they could’ve resolved it within this period. I want to believe they are clearing the backlogs & once Nigeria is out of the red list, collection mails will be flying left right Centre. cutebear: |

Yes. Since you currently work with the government, you need to tick it. Afterwards, another section would ask you the period skrill: |

No intention to derail. Just putting this out there for any help I can get. Arrived Glasgow on the 27th of November, stayed at a B&B for some days before moving into a recommended friend's flat in Maryhill road G20 where I am paying 400 pounds/month for a room. This arrangement is just for a month as the original room owner is due back in the first week of January. I am currently searching for a studio or one room in a flat to move in before January in Glasgow. I have searched all the relevant sites and found a few, and looks like I might be settling for a 600 pounds/month room in G1 cos of the aesthetics, flexibility of tenancy and proximity to the University of Strathclyde where I am doing my PhD, but it is quite pricey and was looking for something in the region of 400-500 pounds per month, and was hoping if anyone here has any information that might help. I would be most grateful |

I don’t think there’s anything you can do. It says “Whether or not to the applicant’s knowledge”. I’m so sorry about this Kaddy102: |
