So sorry about your refusal, hang in there, you will be fine. Please ensure you pay annual returns. Once you are in default, your company status will read inactive on the cac company registration portal. You will have to pay annual returns and default fees for each year since registration of the business name. Kindly note that for the 1st 18th of registration of business, you don't need to pay annual returns. Contact a cac accredited agent (usually a lawyer or chattered accountant) to help with the process. |

So sorry for your refusal, two things I noticed. The CAC and the lodgement. Is ur company registration up to date? In terms of filling and things like that? Because if you registered and you dont do anything on your registration overtime it becomes inactive on the website. Secondly. I guess the vo was not very pleased as regards the lodgment, you probably would have attached some sort of explanation to that. I hope you look into all of this before reapplying. All the best.

Hi Nneomma, Please I want to ask for the requirements your mom submitted for the visiting visa application, I want to apply same for my sister to visit the UK for her 25th birthday. Can you be kind enough to state the basic requirements? Again, does she need an invitation from someone in the UK? |

Hello everyone. My sister is a citizen, and she's got a family of her own over there, in the UK. Is there any way she can invite our parents, for permanent residency? |

touyin: Sorry for the refusal touyin God is your strength. Sorry the letter is little tinny how much they mention is your monthly Salary? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by touyin: 10:12am On Jan 18, 2022 |
Gentlesoul3268: The decision I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V because: You state in your application that you wish to visit the UK as a tourist and you are employed in Nigeria with a monthly income of NGN151423.81 (£266.72). You state that you have no other income or savings and indicated that you have £1500 available to you for your trip. However, this is 5 times your monthly salary before any expenditures. You also stated that your husband will support you financially for the duration of your visit. However, when processing your application, I have to take into consideration your own circumstances when making my decision. I note that you have provided bank statements in your name showing a positive closing balance. However, the statements show unknown transfers and credits coming into the account. From the information provided, I have been unable to establish the source of these funds and that they are available to you for your own personal use. As such, from the information provided, I am not satisfied that you have provided an accurate portrayal of your current personal and financial circumstances nor satisfied that your intentions to visit the UK are as stated and that you will leave at the end of your visit. In light of all the above I am not satisfied that you will leave the UK at the end of your visit; are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes and have sufficient funds to cover all reasonable costs in relation to your visit without working or accessing public funds. Appendix V4.2 (a) (c) and (e). |
