I'm missing the poem that almost came to be. Dont you wish you always had a pen handy? I'm missing the words that whispered to me, "I am what you feel" as I layed my head to sleep.
I am missing what was to be my newest, favorite poetry.
Remebering words crawling to the tip of my tongue,
words that seemed to have been encripted by God
as if to say she had seen my thoghts and simply,
made a blueprint of words for me to share with the world.
Last night, I was given a chance to show you all what I was
What it was in my mind that plagued me
I was given a chance to let it go, set it free and, release,
But, I guess I missed it.
Maybe tonight, I'll lay in bed and hope that I deja vu me that night back
Who is to say it will return?
But regardless, I know I'll have to try.
