Below picture is the memo circulating in the media about the proposed journey of 68 local government chairmen to Dubai UAE. This is outrageous!

Scam!

I see this as a way to lure the local council chairmen in the state to what Yoruba do call “ojuolomooto” (away from the parents’ sight).

We all know that Osun State is enmeshed in a huge debt and only thriving on the allocations sent to her local government areas through the state and local governments joint allocation account which only the state government has access to.

Now the allocation to the local government account directly has been implemented and would take effect on the 1st of June. All banks have been mandated to disallow the state governors the access to the local governments allocations.

Now the State governor is finding a way to lure the local council chairmen to “ojuolomooto” and plan how the chairmen will remit the allocations sent directly to their councils’ accounts to the state government account.

Apc never meant well for us in this nation. 15 months workers salaries have not been paid yet talkless of the pensioners and other work force in the state .So so pathetic.
