Worried by the spate of deteriorating security on Kogi State
University campus, Anyigba, the state governor, Alhaji
Yahaya Bello, has sacked the institution’s Chief Security
Coordinator, Major M. M Adama (Rtd).
DAILY POST reports that the school, in the last few weeks
has been plagued with cases of cult clashes and other
criminal activities.
The governor was said to be quite displeased with the
blatant manner cult groups now attack one another, commit
robberies and other crimes, and put innocent students and
other members of the university and host communities in
danger.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary,
Onogwu Muhammed, Governor Bello, who is also a visitor to
