275X314 pixles and be sure to check name spellings and your needed subjects. If you can't do it please ask for help or farm it out before it costs you more. Any mistakes you are in for troubles. This one wey u dey ask for the smallest question.

pls i ve tried dat dimension and it didnt go dey are sayin the file is too big tru dat dimension dey gave (ie 275x314), and dey even said the file should nt be biger dan 15kb but dat dimension is biger dan 15kb. So i dont understand dem is dey any way i can try it again? pls,

Use Miscroft Photo editor to do it. Whether scanned or uploaded photo from a camera or your phone, open it with that program and click on image, click on resize, you will see 100% at two places  (UP & DOWN), double-click or highlight anyone and change it to 33%, the other will change to 33% by itself. That will definitely reduce the size to 15KB or less.Then look down further you will see inches, change that to pixels, then 275 Width by 314 Height, may be say allow distortion and leave smooth checked. WAEC doesn't really worry much about little distortions. If not there is a professional way to edit especially when you are up against US Embassy. Thank you and I hope this helps.
