Long time ago Ghana and Nigeria are best allies but for now the thing get changed.if you Nigerian living or studying in Ghana you will anticipate this words;Kidnappers,419niners,foreigner or Bad people from some Ghanaians.more especially those studying medical courses.when posted to hospital for clinicals the staff will be communicating in their local language when you tell them you did not understand, they will respond to you that are you not Ghanaian.whenever mention that you are Nigeria then you are in trouble.could you imaging not only the fellow students but also some staffs will say to you, that above mentioned words. And they will be asking you why are you studying in Ghana,do you have relatives there.Just like there are no Ghanaian that are studying in Nigeria or living there, and one have no right to study outside their country.assume that you are Ghanaian studying in Nigeria will you be happy if you were called in such a way in Nigeria.I said that because it happen to me almost 5times.Do not judge people generally when there are few amongs them that are behaving in an unpleasant way,as unpleasants at all..It is known that in every country there are good and few bad peoples.for example assume that there are 2millions people in the country,20people out of them have negative behavious.is it fair to say that all the 2millions people in the country have negative behaviours.NO it is Not..Therefore we have to respect each others and avoid this unwelcome behavious..because if care is not taken this can lead to xenophobia...Ghana and Nigeria are the same thing. And do not allow some undecent people to separate us..
