Not many Nigerians know the nature of Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai until the just-concluded general elections where he specialised in attacking his former political godfathers. He took it to the extreme when he initiated schemes to scuttle the support base of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. All these points to one thing – that El-Rufai will one day stand up against his current godfathers – President Buhari, Adams Oshiomhole, and other key leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC). It wouldn’t be wrong to assume that, a day will come when he will withdraw his loyalty to them all.
