Red pill is something like a hard truth. From movie (I think matrix) where blue pill is continually living in illusion and red pill is reality. The red pill means the reality of women, how they behave, contrarily to how men are taught from young age. It show women psychological and physical behavior how they truly are.

MGTOW is a different thing entirely. It simply means men are tired of women double standards, how they benefit in everything like marriage, divorce, child support child custody false rape claim. False domestic abuse accusations and so on. Since the society don't care to listen to them. So they decide to leave women and go their separate ways vowing never to have anything doing with women.
