A member in the Edo state House of Assembly caused a stir online yesterday after photos of him at the House inauguration wearing shorts, surfaced online.


The house was inaugurated at about 3pm yesterday and the Lawmaker arrived the Assembly complex complex wearing shorts, a T-Shirt and a Blazer.

If you know the time and manner they were inaugurated you'd understand why. And that's the deputy governors suit the guy is wearing.

Didnt u see how a police dsp was mocked online just bcoz of a missing botton and rumpled zipper? Didnt u see how a female lawmaker was chased away from a gathering bcoz of improper dressing? Lets be reasonable pealse. Even MC-oluomo doesnt dress like that despite him being a chief thug.

Obviously, you're a very reasonable person. However, if one fails to wear his/her uniform or regular outfit while in an official capacity, he/she can and should be scolded very severely.

In "wearing what one likes" there is a limit only the sane would recognize especially if there is no specific regulation garb such as a uniform.
