I've been wondering for a while if one can attend Law school here in Nigeria without necessarily having a degree in Law.

Just today I read about Festus Adedayo, the new media aide to Senate President Lawan, and going through his educational background, he studied philosophy for his first degree, then something on political communication for his doctorate and he also claimed to be a student of the Law school presently, which has made me think over again if it's possible to go to law school without primarily being a first degree holder in law. I'll like to have your opinions and it may help others too.

That's not possible in Nigeria.

A degree in law from a faculty of law accredited by the council of legal education is a one of the numerous conditions precedent for securing admission into the Nigerian Law School
