Help, i deposited a foreign check in my dorma at gtb, SOME 30 DAYS AGO, at 11:00am i received a debit alert of $10 as foreign check collection surcharge only for them to send a cancelled notification payment saying they have cancelled the transaction. I went straight to GTB and they check my account and said the money has not been cleared and that it is not yet in 4610 as in mu euro dorma. What is the meaning of this Jargons?

as in when i went there, the customer care guy told me that the money has not been cleared, this is after i have received a debit alert indicating that my domiciliary acct. has been debited with 10 euros and that it has been removed from my balacnce, thereafter they told me waht my balance is,however the customer care guy told me the money has not been cleared. You know 4610 indicates a GTB euro domiciliary account.
