Why I Want To Sell Forte Oil – Otedola by RealtorOlatunde(m): 8:18am On Jun 22, 2019
Business mogul Femi Otedola has announced divestment of his 75 per cent shareholding in Forte Oil to maximize opportunities in refining and petrochemicals businesses. Otedola and Aliko Dangote are in partnership for the construction of the $12 billion 650,000 barrels per day petrochemical refinery in IbejuLekki, Lagos. The project is expected to come on-stream next year.

Forte Oil, in a statement, said Otedola’s decision to divest from the downstream business is pursuant to his decision to explore and maximise business opportunities in refining and petrochemicals.

If Business Moguls like Dangote and Otedola can focus more on ibejulekki for there investment, why not you?

This project will surely make the value of real estate property go very high. You can get some portions for your self and family today.

In Ibejulekki, lands are still affordable, you cab get land of N650,000 per plot till N15million per plot in an estate. Also, you can buy houses and put for rent (2bedrooms flat for N8m and 1 bedroom for N7m just beside dangote refinery).

Why can't you call us today and secure your investment before the value of these lands rise to N50m, N100m and more..

This pic of Ibeju-Lekki which you have put up is deceptive and only someone who has never actually been to the area will believe it

- The Dangote Refinery complex covers a very large expanse of lad and is not in close proximity with the proposed airport

- Eleko beach is a part of the Atlantic ocean and not a pond or a lake as depicted in your pic.

- Pan Atlantic University is not even in tha same axis as Dangote Refinery

- For your information Femi Otedola is not in anyway connected to the Dangote Refinery unlike your claim that he is in partnership with Dangote on the construction

@TellMeTheTruth

Ibeju-Lekki is not a Community, it's a local government on it own and it's bigger than the almighty ikeja.
