PROCEDURE (TERMINAL LOADING /TTT)
*
1. BUYER & SELLER SIGN & SEAL THIS CONTRACT INCLUDING BANKING COORDINATES & EXCHANGE THE SIGNED COPIES BY ELECTRONIC MAIL. RETURNING ALL VALID VESSEL DOCUMENTS. NOTE: BUYERS VESSEL MUST HAVE HOSE AND FENDER . BUYER PAYS LOGISTICS OF (N20M)TWENTY MILLION IMMEDIATELY AFTER LONGSIDE AND TIRING AT STS POINTS OR LOADING POINTS .

2. PAY-MASTER MEETS WITH SELLER AT ANY SCHEDULED HOTEL/LODGE, LODGE SELLER AND OTHER PRINCIPAL PERSONS INVOLVE IN THE TRANSACTION.
3. SELLER’S VESSEL CALL BUYER EMPTY VESSEL AND BOTH VESSEL OPEN COMMUNICATION AND LONGSIDE/TIE FOR STS (POINTS) OR TERMINAL LOADING POINTS FOR LOADING IMMEDIATELY.
4. UPON COMPLETION OF TRANSSHIPMENT FROM SELLERS VESSEL TO BUYERS VESSEL OR FROM TERMINAL LOADING POINT , BUYER EFFECT PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY ACCORDING TO SELLERS INSTRUCTIONS AND PAY COMMISSIONS AS MENTIONED ON THE MOU.
Note:1. The transaction is for 5KMT , and Nothing bigger.
2. Buyer would provide information and location of the vessel.
3. The terminal would communicate with the vessel Captain, and upon successful response, the security would guide the 5KMT vessel to and from the terminal.
4. Buyer must provide MOU stating payment procedure within 24hrs.
5. All agents/facilitators .
6. Vessel under 5kmt capacity can be accommodated but not more.
7. Buyer must provide vessel information before any agreement commences.
