Why Is Davido's Father Adeleke Not On The List Of Richest People In Nigeria? by Omonaijani: 3:51pm On Jun 22, 2019 |
Does anyone know why Davido's father, Adeleke has never been listed on among the richest people in Nigeria? I'm just wondering when I found this list of the richest people in Nigeria and despite the "30 billion in the account" his name is not listed; see the list I found below: Africa’s richest men/women are stepping up their games of philanthropy and same goes to Nigeria’s richest men/women who have taken vows to give out of their net worth to philanthropy. The Forbes’ annual Billionaires list released in the first quarter of 2019, has over two thousand richest people in the world and seven from few African countries which sees Nigeria’s very own Aliko Dangote as the richest black man in the world. The following list is narrowed down to the wealthiest people from Nigeria seeing Folorunsho Alakija as the only woman on the list. Meet Nigeria’s wealthiest people with their net worth Aliko Dangote Aliko Dangote, Nigerian Businessman, according to Forbes, is the richest man in the whole of Africa and the 136th richest person in the world. The owner of Dangote Group is obviously the richest man in Nigeria. He is the owner of Globacom, Nigeria’s second-largest telecom operator. He owns stakes in Equitorial Trust Bank and oil exploration from Conoil. He is into Oil and Telecoms Networth: USD9.2 billion Abdulsamad Isyaku Rabiu Chairman of BUA the third richest man in the most popular country in Africa. Rabiu returns to the list 5 years after he was last featured in 2014. According to Forbes, he is the 1425th richest person in the world. His father, late Khalifah Isyaku Rabiu was one of Nigeria’s foremost industrialists in the 1970s and 1980s. Businessman Rabiu is into Cement, Sugar, Flour, Edible oils and Real Estate Networth: USD1.6 billion Folorunsho Alakija She is a billionaire businesswoman, one of the richest women in Africa and one of the richest black women in the world, holding the 1941 position. His father is worth $700k+ not $30bn so . The 30bn was mentioning is probably his, with an estimated $20million+ networth . My thoughts tho. |

Nigerians sef.... do we call it lack of quality education or wuru wuru education? Forbes billionares are rated in dollars meaning people on that list are Trillionaire in Naira using $1/#360 exchange rate. His Dad is valued at almost $800 "million" key word "MILLIONS $" convert that to naira.and you would understand he is several couple of billion Naira rich. Again, Private Billionaire who don't have shareholders, or publicly traded company don't have to declare their asset to anyone. . 6 Likes |

OP Forbes ranks billionaires with accumulated worth of 1 billion dollars. DOLLARS Davidos father is worth about 700 million dollars But he still owns a university and many companies and organisations Plus because u haven't heard of his philanthropy doesn't mean it's not there Research 2 Likes |

Really rich people prefer to stay in the shadows. You can't be in the spotlight & not attract unwanted attraction. And pls forget that Forbes shit. It's all paid advertising. Don't let the media think for you. |

With 30bn NGN his old man should appear between Folorunsho Alakija and Femi Otedola. His wealth converts to 833m USD. It’s possible he doesn’t want his name in the Forbes list then. Such a level of publicity always brings real world problems. At least since Davido sang about it the man can always claim it was a mere entertainment exaggeration. |

davido's father is rich but not as rich as davido paints him, in the league of extremely wealthy nigerians, davido's father won't be highly ranked. the likes of otudeko, indimi, danjuma, rabiu, elumelu are way richer than adeleke but with less hype. 30b naira to dollars is about 84m 2 Likes |
