The experienced referee began officiating at the international level in 2011 and has overseen numerous AFC tournaments. Qin Liang earned her first break taking charge of the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament qualifier in 2011 between Thailand and Myanmar. Qin Liang also made her second appearance in the World Cup. At the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Qin refereed key ties between France and Colombia and France’s 5-0 win over Mexico. She also officiated at the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada and at the 2012 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Japan.
