Can someone tell me what is working in this country! The civil service is bastardized! I will come up with an expose soon on the rot going on into these black holes called ministries and Agencies. Many of them dont have functioning websites, they hardly respond to enquires you need to know one person to get information which should be available to the public. I fill the recruitment form since January and I have been given a file number since January and nothing happened and I need someone to highlights me what course the delay |
