I was at a branch of Zenith bank today {06/10/2010}.

All of a sudden, my account officer screamed at what
she saw on her screen.

"What is it?" I asked.

She turned the screen and alas:

I saw a message from the headquarters which reads:

Dear,

"Be notified that from henceforth, the minimum opening
balance for all classes of account is not N250,000"


Then I asked, what does this potend for our financial institution.
What are our banks trying to do?
