Simple instructions, but most people won't follow. If dy say read from page 1, laziness will creep in. The reason why this thread is not on whatsaap (according to my ogas) was for just for one important reason, one can see all the answers to his/her questions. I know why most old members don't stress themselves in answering some questions cos it's not worth it.
