SUPERPACK:I have been working with the new platform since I started in November last year and I haven't had any problem with it except for that unremoved AI content. This Beta platform is certainly best for phone users. Those who were just migrated to the new platform should just be patient with it because when you finally get a hang of it, you will certainly love it more than the old platform. |

Mekanus: The problem I'm having is that anytime I touch my phone screen to edit, it zooms first. How can I stop this. I'm using Chrome. |

nwafresh:I experience this once in a while too, it actually started after their recent update. What I normally do is zoom it a little bit before I start working the call. I believe their engineers are still doing some fixes on the platform, so this should be fixed soon. |

Mekanus:I started using the beta platform the day they released it, but never had issue with the AI content because I have never used those snippet buttons, even before they added the option to remove them. You must have been used to your own method by now due to experience. The AI unremoved content is triggered by two actions, deleting the snippets by mistake or manually and deleting a speaker label. |

NikkyHabFabric:Hummmm, can't really say, it depends on what PayPal says. Even address-verified USA business accounts get limited for unusually large transactions. Moving from $50 a week to say $600 can be a red flag although depending on source. My first account got limited after withdrawing about $300, although to be honest my back n forth transactions were an obvious red flag for risk. PayPal is looking at how risky everything you do appears. I know someone has withdrawn $1300 in one transaction, but Rome wasn't built in a day. |

The two transcript I picked as my first call yesterday was 4min and 8mins call which had 6hours. The 8mins call was rubbish because the voice and English were nothing to understand. After my efforts, I was rated one. Kindly advice on easy way to be successful in the transcription and what to do when not ready to answer such call because I don't know what to indicate that will be an accepted reason to release call. Help please I am new. |

Hello bosses, I applied for the QA world transcript job yesterday and I passed the transcription test, also signed the agreement. Have been checking my page since then but it's still saying no Calls available yet. For how long will I wait for calls and when do you think I will start seeing calls? |
