1. Install Hackers Keyboard, set it up so that you can see the function keys and you are good to go.
2. Always remove all the snippets using the ''Remove all snippets button'' before working on any call.
3. Should you plan to use the snippets, do not delete or backspace any of them.
4. Break-up the AI transcript into 2 or 4 parts taking note of the conversation flow, when listening to the call for the first time to prevent lagging or frozen keys.
5. Try as much as possible to save your work by downloading it before submitting it, should in case the bug spoils your work you can copy and paste from the saved copy when you get the redo.
6. The new platform has a cache problem meaning that it mostly doesn't save your work as you type, so do not refresh the work page or open the work in another tab at the middle of a job.
7. Lastly, do not delete any speaker label you created by mistake, just leave it blank, deleting it have been found to trigger the AI bug on many occasion.

I experience this once in a while too, it actually started after their recent update. What I normally do is zoom it a little bit before I start working the call. I believe their engineers are still doing some fixes on the platform, so this should be fixed soon.

I started using the beta platform the day they released it, but never had issue with the AI content because I have never used those snippet buttons, even before they added the option to remove them. You must have been used to your own method by now due to experience. The AI unremoved content is triggered by two actions, deleting the snippets by mistake or manually and deleting a speaker label.

The issue was, after deleting the snippet, I couldn't replay that particular part again, so I had to release because I didn't know the content.

Next time just click on the remove snippets button, once you do that the call will start playing continuously.

I do use the arrow direction keys on the hackers keyboard to navigate to where I want to edit.

every time there are no calls. I usually cash out at least $50 weekly. These days I struggle to get $25.

it must be a setting on your chrome. I also use chrome, but I have not experienced it in chrome before, only on kiwi.

Try to remove the force zoom setting on your chrome or maybe any other related setting.

No, it won't.

I ended up using ucbrowser and at least that zoom shit ain't disturbing me + Uc browser do reduce how large a site is. I'm using a 2gb phone, hope you understand how slow Chrome makes it look like. I'm kind of enjoying it than yesterday. I'll update ya'all if I discover new things.

The two transcript I picked as my first call yesterday was 4min and 8mins call which had 6hours. The 8mins call was rubbish because the voice and English were nothing to understand.
After my efforts, I was rated one.
Kindly advice on easy way to be successful in the transcription and what to do when not ready to answer such call because I don't know what to indicate that will be an accepted reason to release call. Help please I am new.

Hello bosses, I applied for the QA world transcript job yesterday and I passed the transcription test, also signed the agreement. Have been checking my page since then but it's still saying no Calls available yet. For how long will I wait for calls and when do you think I will start seeing calls?
