Package is in Lagos so just exercise a little patience and visit the post office when status changes to "Delivery Unsuccessful". You can check the post office next week if you do not receive a status update.

Visit your nearest Post Office, if after 10days and you didn't receive call from them. Your parcel is still on transit.

I went to the post office they said it as not arrived. Last updated was Jan 13 which says arrived at facility since then I haven't received info concerning the parcel.

Your package is in Abuja. Use track24.net and you'll get the new/updated tracking information which is what NIPOST will have (that's what will be on the label, not the LP****).

Abuja packages don't stay this long. Max I know is 2weeks or probably earlier sef.

I'm not sure this order will still be valid. If still valid, open dispute. If not, chat customer care, you may be compensated.

Sure you've been to NIPOST and it's not available? Singapore Post items do get to PO and would still be showing this nonsense o.

Check your Post Office. If you can't get it, apply for a refund immediately if the option is still there.
