Aliexpress is the one who shipped your order via Sunyou, not seller, because they (AliExpress) reserve the right to use any logistics of their choice. Seller's responsibility, on the other hand, is to process the order and hand it over to carrier.
So why blame him (seller) for what he doesn't know anything about?

But the point am making is: seller could offer to send another product to buyer. In this case, time wasted on didpute would be saved.

You only need an opening balance of ₦150000 of which you'd have access to after 3 months.
There are two cards available. The one with the condition above is capped $1200 monthly.
